The company's fire and life safety products are sold in more than 50 countries around the world and the privately-held firm is celebrating its success and growth at its 82,000 sq. ft. headquarters located in Vaughan, ON where the family-run business houses its sales, engineering, administration, marketing and manufacturing.  The company moved into the headquarters in 2003 and since then it has continued to find ways to improve its reach and compete head-to-head with major names like GE, Honeywell and Tyco.

The Mircom Group was founded and is owned by Tony Falbo and the expansion of the company within and beyond the Canadian fire alarm market is being driven now by Tony Falbo’s three sons- Mark Falbo, Rick Falbo and Jason Falbo.
