Mr. Tony Falbo started out in the 1960s manufacturing apartment intercom and related systems in Toronto and soon expanded his business to include fire alarm systems. The company, known as Mirtone, grew to become the 2nd largest fire alarm manufacturer in Canada, before being purchased by Edwards (now GE).
